This entry is only for commenting favorably Autodesk policy reveals it as a serious and committed to its users. As the majority of subscribers and users who have taken the "nuisance" to describe the cause of a failure, we have also received e-mail customized Autodesk on a new update available that solves some of our old problems with the program. You also will have passed, more than ever, that the program has fallen fatally and submitted, as a last resort, a window where Autodesk send a bug report. A box within that window can include a description of what they were doing when the error occurred. A realistic assumption with overdose (typically postmodern and disenchanted) tends to persuade us that that report is completely useless and nobody will read it. False.
The message we have received shows that there is an intended recipient to resolve the cause of the errors that we have encountered and that someone does is serious about our demands. And we deduce because it seems too "familiar" angry tone of the titles of the problem say

Son sólo a fragment of text, complete (as we have already forgotten), were certainly more intrusive. Moral
in two parts:
- always eror report and indicate what we did when there was a failure. That actually helps to improve the program. Do it with language
- serene, composed and with the best sportsmanship.
The Update 2 for Revit Architecture 2011 can be downloaded from the Data & Downloads page, but until today, is only available to the English version.
